Delivery is free and tracked on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

No. The price at checkout is everything you pay. There are no delivery fees and nothing to pay on the doorstep.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Use the tracking number in your shipping email on our Track your order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Email info@thecosypets.com to start a return and we'll send the return address.

Sorry about that. Email info@thecosypets.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any postage, at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Every product with sizes has a Size guide next to the size buttons, with real measurements in centimetres. For beds, measure your pet from nose to the base of the tail while they're lying down and add 10–20 cm. For coats and harnesses, measure around the widest part of the chest.

Yes, if it hasn't been processed yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best. Once an order has been dispatched it can be returned under our returns policy instead.
